Every collection includes two professional photographers and a photographer assistant on your wedding day, planning and timeline guidance, and edited high-resolution images in a private online gallery.
Pre-wedding portraits: up to one hour in every collection. Collections I and II include 10 edited images; Collection III includes 20 edited images, two outfits and one location (studio or outdoors).
Rehearsal coverage: up to one hour with one photographer, separate from wedding-day hours. Date, time and location are coordinated in advance; rehearsal dinner is not included.
Optional flat-lay appointment approximately one week before your wedding. Additional wedding-day detail photographs are captured as time permits within booked coverage.
Collection III includes a 10×10 thick lay-flat album with Silk paper and a personalized photo cover, up to 30 pages and 50 curated images.

Questionnaire & Welcome Guide
Image Selection & Delivery
The first step is to submit an inquiry form, and we'll schedule a time to discuss your project. We'll go over the details, such as the date and location of your day, and any special requests you may have.
We send a questionnaire and welcome guide to help plan your session or event. Together, we confirm the location, wardrobe, timing and the photographs that matter most to you, so you feel prepared and supported.
Portrait proofs: typically 10–14 business days; final images: about 7 business days after selections. Wedding and quince event galleries: typically 6–8 weeks. Your agreement confirms timelines.
Agree on the Offer
Your signed agreement and required retainer secure your date. We confirm your collection, details and payment schedule in your HoneyBook proposal and invoice.
The Big Day
On the day of your session or event, we meet at the studio or your agreed location. Our team guides you through portraits, helps you feel at ease, and captures the people and moments that matter to you.
